By accessing or using QueueMeIn services provided by Jajoga LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

QueueMeIn is a cloud-based SMS-first virtual queue management platform that enables businesses to manage customer queues through text messaging, real-time notifications, and AI-powered assistance.

3. Account Registration

To use QueueMeIn, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
  • Use the service for legitimate business purposes only

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types

  • Professional: $59/month - Core queue management features
  • Premium: $89/month - Includes AI SMS assistant and advanced analytics
  • Enterprise: $149/month - Full features with white labeling and priority support

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payment is processed through Stripe
  • SMS usage may incur additional charges beyond included limits
  • Annual plans receive a discount and are non-refundable

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to Professional plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities or spam
  • Send unsolicited SMS messages or violate TCPA regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the service
  • Use the service to compete with QueueMeIn

7. SMS Communications

By using QueueMeIn:

  • You represent that you have consent to send SMS to your customers
  • You agree to comply with all applicable SMS regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply to recipients
  • You must provide opt-out mechanisms as required by law

8. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your customer data. We process data according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws
  • Maintaining backups of critical data

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

QueueMeIn and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Jajoga LLC. You receive a limited license to use our service but do not acquire any ownership rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAJOGA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF QUEUEMEIN.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jajoga LLC from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Jajoga LLC is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
