We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
QueueMeIn and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Jajoga LLC. You receive a limited license to use our service but do not acquire any ownership rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAJOGA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF QUEUEMEIN.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jajoga LLC from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Jajoga LLC is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
